Who Can Say
"Who Can Say" is the second single released from The Horrors' second album Primary Colours. The single followed the album's release on 7" vinyl on May 11, 2009. The song's lyrics feature a spoken excerpt from the Jay and the Americans 1962 single "She Cried"....

A European promotional CD-R contains an edit of the single mix, whereas the US promo contains a slightly longer edit and the drums and vocals have been mixed differently plus an extra vocal line is present during the break.
