State. It is published monthly. It was formerly called Spotlight Magazine. It is published by Spotlight Publications, LLC, a family-owned company located in Elmsford, NY. Spotlight Publications also has a company called Spotlight Creative Services, that produces, creates, and designs brochures, annual reports, catalogs, logos and other promotional material. It's circulation for 2010 was over 800,000. Their annual sales are estimated to be between $5 and $10 Million with a staff between 50 and 100. Westchester Magazine was relaunched in 2001 and 2011 was its tenth year of publication.

The magazine host an annual event and party called Bestchester which highlights the best of Westchester.
