The West Indies rugby league team (nicknamed "The Wahoos") represents the Caribbean and West Indies region in the sport of rugby league football. The West Indies Rugby League Federation was formed in 2003. The team is currently composed of players born overseas with Caribbean heritage and local Caribbean players.

The West Indies team has participated in the Middlesex Nines (2004) and York Nines (2004, 2005) competitions. A full thirteen-a-side West Indies team played its first and only game to date against the South Africa Wild Dogs in London
