The company employes approximately 42 people who operate from WestStar's corporate headquarters and utilize six full production studios, five of which are dedicated to radio broadcast/production, while one is a new state of the art HD television production studio unit. All operations are located at 2711 N. 24th St., Phoenix, Arizona.

The company's current business endeavors include live and recorded long and short form national radio program distribution; commercial radio network spot sales; broadcast production; television production and program syndication; and Internet web marketing, together with television live web video streaming of The Kim Komando Show) as the network continues to make preparations to begin actual commercial television broadcasting of the Kim Komando Radio Program. Additionally, the network is engaged in both traditional and electronic publishing and distribution.

The company is privately held, founded by Phoenix radio executive and on-air radio talkshow host Barry Young and national author and business women Kim Komando in 1997. The company's reported yearly revenues are said to exceed $25 million (2010). Young and Komando were married in 1999.
