, UK. There are many new apartments built as part of the project. Quadrant Court (the second residential block of Wembley City scheme) was completed in March 2010. Demolition of Malcolm and Fulton House also took place in March 2010 for a new hotel development. In Summer 2010, works on the Wembley Park Boulevard (leisure and retail hub) and Hilton Hotel will begin. In Autumn 2010, Brent Council will begin preparation works on the new Civic Centre site. In Winter 2010, the council will appoint construction company for Civic Centre.
