). It is leading provider of Internet-enabled customer service and support solutions, which was sold to Fidelity National in 2003.
According to a TowerGroup research report written by Jerry Silva, senior analyst in the Delivery Channels practice at TowerGroup, "Although nearly all other deposit system vendors have developed delivery capabilities on their own, the combination of two best-of-breed technology companies like WebTone and Fidelity Information Services creates a competitive challenge that has never been seen before - a big deal indeed."
