Route description
West Pole Road starts at Northwest Avenue, while not being SR 544. SR 544, East Pole Road, starts going east from SR 539, Guide Meridian Road, until it reaches the Everson-Goshen Road, which starts at Mt Baker Highway. Then, it heads northeast to Everson then east to Hwy. 9 in Nooksack.History
