, an edge city and a key location of both business parks and shopping amenities. The fourth and fifth route are the centerpieces of the system, providing access from the Washington County suburbs to Downtown Pittsburgh. The standard commuter route makes frequent stops throughout Washington County, traveling five times per day in each direction, while the twice per day in each direction express service stops only at designated park and ride locations. All routes travel Monday to Saturday, except for the weekdays-only express service.

Unlike most transit agencies, which are owned and operated by municipal governments, the County of Washington subcontracts this venture to local private coach company GG&C Inc. This corporation not only owns the rolling stock but also manages administration finances.
