 engulfed the transmitter site leaving the transmitting equipment inside of the building badly damaged. The National Weather Service

 issued a statement saying the station would remain off air until repairs are made to the station, days later the NWS announced that a temporary transmitter would be installed at the site. On Thursday April 21, 2011 the station began broadcasting again with it's temporary transmitter.
