History
The station originally went on the air as WAKN on September 8, 1995. On April 4, 2000 the station changed its call sign to the current WNSX. Shortly after changing call letters, the station signed on, simulcasting then sister station WMDI, which is now WBQI, and part of the W-BACHW-BACH
