Mel Wheeler (WFIR/960, WXLK/92.3, WSLC-FM/94.9, WSLQ/99.1, WVBE/610, WVBE-FM/100.1) has agreed to purchase Radio Greenbrier's Oldies WKCJ/97.7 Lewisburg WV for $675,000. A new application has been filed to move the signal to just outside of Salem, on Fort Lewis Mountain, to do 260 watts at 1542 feet.
