On July 10th, 2007, VARTV.com reported that Kalil and Company Inc announced that it brokered a deal for Clear Channel to sell its entire Charlottesville cluster to George Reed's Sistema 102 LLC for $7.75 Million. Sistema 102 LLC changed its name to Monticello Media on September 1, 2007.
