. The station was founded on December 5, 1990. It broadcasts on channel 38. The station was originally broadcast as W64BM on Channel 64. It gained its current channel and call-sign on August 11, 2005.

The station has seen a number of network affiliations in its 17-year history. First, it was an affiliate of Home Shopping Spree
