Vojislav started playing for FK Sinđelić Beograd when he was 11 years old. He then moved to FK Zemun

 when he arrived, but 2nd when he left. He conceded only 5 goals in 16 matches on their cup winning run. Dragovic was voted the best goalkeeper and best player of the league while with Sarajevo.

In 2008, he participated in the Free Kick Masters tournament, a free kick shooting competition in the US. Despite the fact that David James took the prize "golden goalkeeper" since he took only one goal in the finnal, Voja was the goalkeeper with the biggest number of saves. In May 2009 he signed with Dinamo Bucharest but problems with the transfer certificate prevented this happening and he is currently deciding which club he will join.
