Vlada Vukoičić is a Serbia

He was only 19 years old in 1994 when he began working as coach in KK FMP
's youth system. He continued there until 2003 when he got promoted to the position of first team assistant coach. Working under head coaches Aco Petrović
, Vlade Đurović, and Boško Đokić, he gained valuable experience.
