fail to perform his duties due to poor health, confirmed by a sertificate of a State Medical Commission formed by the Oily Majlis, an emergency session of the Oily Majlis shall be held within ten days. The session shall elect an Acting President of the Republic for a term of not more than three months. In this case the general elections of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall be held within three months .
