Among major apartment builders, BBCL http://www.bbcl.in has launched and completed the construction of premium Residential Complex over 2.55 acres with 120 apartments - BBC City Paark with all amenities like swimming pool,clubhouse,mini theatre,Indoor Games,Children's Play . Purvankara has recently initiated a residential project at Valasaravkkam, called Purva Jade.
With the recently completed sewage project and moderately developed road infrastructure, it is a rather nice location to live in.
