Zhuk refereed a game between Brazil and the United States at the 1991 Women's World Cup, and the 1996 UEFA Cup Final between FC Girondins de Bordeaux and FC Bayern München.

Zhuk was place eighth on the IFFHS' World's Best Referee of the Year in 1995.
