's soul, which allowed him to use the other half to learn everything he could about Strange. He sent one of his champions to battle Strange while he was away from his Sanctum Sanctorum

 spacecraft. Strange, inhabiting Rintrah's body, battled Urthona, and destroyed all of his mystic talismans to keep Urthona from possessing them. Strange was not able to destroy the Darkhold

, however, so Urthona fled with the book. Eventually, however, the Darkhold simply disappeared and returned to Earth.

Strange later confronted Urthona again, and banished him to a realm far removed from their universe.
