Purple Riders 60-18. The teams 9-1 record secured a 4th seed in the playoffs. The Jets hosted arch rival St. Clairsville High School for the 2nd time (Week 3 was the first time UL hosted St. Clairsville in 15 years). The Jets were never challenged en route to a 25-6 victory. The win made the Jets 10-1, which is a school record for wins. In the second round, the Jets again were matched against Martins Ferry. The Riders mauled the Jets again by a score of 49-14. The Jets finished 10-2.

Wrestling

  • Union Local is also the home of 3-time Ohio State Wrestling Champion Koel Davia. Koel won his titles in the 275 pound division in consecutive years from 2002-04.
