. The club was formed in 2009 and entered the Regional League Division 2 and allocated into the North-East Division.
Ubon only managed to play up to week 16 of the 22 week season before withdrawing due to a dispute with the Football Association of Thailand (FAT), in turn getting a 2 year ban from entering any competition.
