UVU Review is the independent, student-run newspaper for Utah Valley University. The paper's name became official with its June 30, 2008 issue - the day before UVU officially became a university.

The newspaper publishes weekly on Mondays during fall and spring semesters and fortnightly during the two summer semester blocks.

The paper typically runs with two sections, between twelve pages and sixteen pages. Going along with the regular paper is an inserted tabloid titled "The V." It has evolved from a weekend-entertainment geared feature supplement to a forum for a broad assortment of non-campus student interest topic.

The paper uses a broadsheet format, printed at MediaOne of Utah.

The staff is student operated, receiving on-the-job training as well as attending national journalism conferences, both professional and collegiate

The newspaper made reports across the country as the entire circulation run was reported as stolen from stands on campus.

UVU Review's current Editor-in-Chief is David Self Newlin, who took over the position from Jennie Nicholls-Smith. Before her, Jack Waters was the inaugural Editor-in-Chief of the newly named newspaper (formerly The College Times).
