Application

Applicants are enjoined to submit their manuscripts consisting of 6 poems or 2 short stories or 2 one-act plays. Experimental literary forms are also acceptable. Fellowships are awarded by genre and by language. Applicants should submit under a pseudonym four hard copies (computer-encoded, double spaced) and a diskette copy (Microsoft Word

Entries in Iloko, Bikol, or any Visayan language should be accompanied by English or Filipino translations. Fellows of previous U.P. workshops are not eligible.

The fellowship grants will cover board and lodging, and provide a modest stipend.
