For the 2009 season, the team had the precarious record of being the fourth highest scorers in the league, however they conceded the second highest amount. Two Mile House lost the Junior A final to Straffan by a one point margin. In the 2010 season, the club senior team finished seventh in Division 2.The club senior team is currently managed by former Sarsfields senior county medal winner, Dave Clancy. Derren Casey is Captain of the senior team whilst his father Paddy Casey is currently club Chairman.

The club's grounds are currently undergoing an exciting new development.New land was acquired off The Commons with several new pitches being added. The grounds, which have been largely completed, should be ready for use nearing the end of 2012 making Two Mile House one of the foremost clubs in the county in terms of facilities and location.Furthermore, work has begun on the redevelopment of the existing dressing rooms and pavilion.
