SAVE
During the 2011 school year, a group of seniors formed a schoolwide club called SAVE (Students Against Violence Everywhere). The club was formed in response to unrest at the school; including bomb threats, evacuations, fights and the arrest of a student who brought a gun to school. The club's founders organized forums and events to fight the misconceptions about violence at their school. They wore white items of clothing as a sign of protest against violence.Ethnicity
