Turpan Jiaohe Airport

Turpan Jiaohe Airport is an airport serving the city of Turpan in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, China
. It is located 10 kilometers northwest of the city. First built in the 1950's but out of use by the 70's, the airport was rebuilt at the current site starting May 2009, with an investment of 430 million yuan. Turpan Airport was reopened on 9 July 2010.
