Transcom WorldWide S.A. a global outsourced service provider entirely focused on customers, the service they experience and the revenue they generate. Transcom's customer management and credit management services are designed to strengthen clients’ customer relationships and secure their revenue streams. It was founded in 1995 by Kinnevik. Operations are located in Europe, North and South America, Asia and Africa. Transcom employs over 24,500 people throughout its 75 sites worldwide. Pablo Sanchez-Lozano was appointed as CEO and President on 15 January 2009.

In July 2010 Transcom announced that it will be laying off 737 people at the San Antonio call center. Jeffrey Hebel, Transcom's vice president of operations, wrote in a letter that layoffs were a result of a major client canceling its contract with Transcom.
