As of 2009/08/16 the Town Crier publishes nine editions serving affluent or up-and-coming neighbourhoods in Toronto: Bayview Mills, Beach-South Riverdale, Riverdale-East York, Bloor West, Forest Hill, Leaside-Rosedale, North Toronto, North York and MidTown.

The Town Crier website provides two different start dates for the newspaper in separate articles: 1978 and 1979.
