, whose construction started in 2005. Torre de la Escollera was never completed as on May 13, 2007, wind forces damaged columns between floor 28 and 40 resulting on a torsion of 1 meter. The construction was suspended and the Society of Engineers and Architects of Bolívar recommended the demolition, which was done from July to November 2007.
