Antonio Carlos Ferreira (13 June 1964) is a singer, musician and composer who first was known as a member of Jabuticaba Stock Rock Band.

In 1985, after the dissolution of the group, initiated one shining alone career.

Nicknamed Tony Ray in 1998, he is considered one of the musicians most versatile of the Brazilian scene. Accessing the site http://www.raysgang.com.br you can see Tony Ray with his current Rock Band.

Son of Antonio Augusto Ferreira and Circe Aparecida Ferreira', initiated in music with six years old.

Tony Ray initiated his professional career in 1978 when he was invited to be the bassist of the Band The New Beatles Boys. This band was formed with his friends from school EEPG Brasílio Machado in Madalena Village.

In 1981 already studying in the EEPSG Carlos Maximiliano Pereira Dos Santos, still acting as bassist, he formed your proper band, the lengend Jabuticaba Stock .

In 1985 RockStock Band was formed. And in 1993 already with many musicians acting in this group, this band changed name to Impressão Digital Band.

Between 1978 to beginning of 2001, always were known as The Bassman.

In 2000 and 2001 received invitations to work in the No Budget Band and The Jockers Band. However at that moment, he preferred to dedicate the new project and the his family.

In 1989 he married Deise and they had two children, Martha and Arthur.

After a long period away from the stages, in 2004 he formed the Ray's Gang Club Band, back to the Classic Rock and Blues. The band is formed with his sons Martha (drums) and Arthur (guitar and bass) and daddy Tony Ray (guitar, bass, keyboards and vocals).

Multi-instrumentalist Tony Ray plays keyboards, bass, guitar, drum and he is a singer, beyond composer. He wrote many success like: Não Importa, Anos e Anos, Bebida Quente, Artigo 13, Não Vamos ao Trabalho and many others.
