Tolu-e-Islam was founded in 1938 by Ghulam Ahmed Pervez

Unlike some other groups, Tolu-e-Islam followers do not reject all hadiths, however, they only accept hadiths which "are in accordance with the Holy Quran" and "do not blemish the personality of the Holy Prophet and / or his companions". The organization is loosely controlled, although it publishes books, pamphlets, and recordings of Pervez's speeches. Pervizi is sometimes used to refer to a group of people who are inspired by Pervez. The current chairman of Idara Tolu-e-Islam is Dr. Inam-ul-Haque. Bazm-e-Tolu-e-Islam is working to bring a Qurani soft revolution. Bazm has its branches in all the major cities of Pakistan where lectures are conducted.
