Fictional character biography

Tim Mulrooney was a friend of Professor Jordan. Jordan tried to show him a miracle drug he had invented that would give the user super strength, but there was an accident that resulted in Jordan gaining super strength and the destruction of the drug. After this, the newly created Captain Wonder enlisted Mulrooney as his new sidekick.

 returned from his hibernation, Tim waited for Professor Jordan to return, and, knowing he was now living on borrowed time, asks his former hero to give him another dose of the wonder drug. Rejected, he contemplates suicide.

, Tim Mulrooney shared once the same powers of Professor Jordan, at least until the late forties. However, since his exposition to the wonder drug was less intense, and he rushed to open air before Jordan, he started losing his abilities when he began his solo career. In modern times, Mulrooney is a frail, old man, doomed by cancer and stripped of any special ability he once had.
