Timothy W. "Tim" Carpenter is a Democratic

Carpenter is also is a member of several joint committees made of legislators from both the Senate and the Assembly. He is Co-Chair of the Law Revisions Committee. He was also the Chair of the Legislative Council Study Committee on addressing recidivism in High-Risk Juvenile Offenders.
