"Those Days" is a Russian alternative rock
band with remarkable emo
-influences. The band has released a self-titled LP ("Те Дни" in Russian) in 2005 and an EP ("Как мало от тебя осталось", "How few left of you" in English) in the following year. The band's style is an energetic blend of alternative rock with emo-like vocal passages. There is an English song by Those Days from their debut called "Until the Day I Die".

The band was formed in 2005 by 2 core members and friends - Volk and Pelican.
Since then, the band has released 3 albums on an Independent Label(CarnyMarny Records) and 1 album on an indie label(Trustrecords). The band toured extensively around Russia to support the cd's and has sold approx 10 000 copies to date.
At the moment, the band is working on the foloow up to "Silly we are"(2009) with release date in late 2011.
