's second release, it was released in early 2006. It also marked the last album ex-keyboard and percussionist Shelly Barnes and drummer Nole Kennedy perform on. Drums on track 1, 2, and 4 were performed by Nole Kennedy, but not track 3 due to Nole's departure during recording.

The Disk also features two live songs ("Murder at the Stiletto Formal" and "Cirrhosis of Cinema") when inserted into a computer. These songs were performed at the "Marquee Theatre" in Tempe AZ.
"This is my Boomstick" showcases Jimi Lamp's first venture into guitar theory, whereas all of "The Stiletto Formal's" prior releases were written by ear.
The title of the album is actually a reference to the movie Army Of Darkness
