. It was the first book in the series to be illustrated by Geoffrey Whittam who subsequently illustrated all the following Romney Marsh titles (with the exception of A Wind Is Blowing
which had no illustrations).
To Tamzin’s horror, a property developer wants to turn Castle Farm and the surrounding Marsh into a holiday camp. With the help of Rissa, Meryon and Roger (and Mike from the farm), they attempt to frighten the superstitious man away by recreating the ghostly White Riders from the past.
