. SECO seeks to create awareness of environmental issues, the delicate balance required to be maintained between development and conservation and the necessary skill sets to carry out the related activities.

Activities

SECO provides opportunities for many undergraduate and graduate students of Sinhgad Institutes to bring a positive change in the environment around them, by participating in various activities organized by the club.

In order to fulfill these objectives, SECO has partnered with many NGO’s and organizations to provide students with an opportunity to become involved with community and industry based projects. Students are also encouraged towards university level research in the fields of alternative energy
