The shopping mall connects to both the casino and the hotel at the Sands Casino Resort. At the east end of the mall is a food court next to the casino entrance.

The mall currently contains only a few stores, but plans to have 31 by the formal opening in early 2012. The mall is designed as an upscale outlet mall. The mall does not contain any anchor tenants.
