It was conceived in the Fall of 2003 at Sapori D'Italia and named after employee Dominic Cutaio. The Scooch is now on the menu at Sotto Caffe in the T. Rowe Price building, 13.5% Wine Bar in Hampden, Isabella's of Little Italy, Grano, DiPasquale's of Fallston, and Bruschetta of White Marsh.
