 house. The tower is 124 metres high and has 40 floors (152 apartments). It is the fourth tallest building in Rotterdam. The "Kopblok" is 53 metres high and is divided into offices and apartments (79 apartments). The ground floor is designed for shops and restaurants. The entire complex has an open fiber network
