The EP includes five songs including one entirely new song called "Hey Salty" (which would appear in a re-worked version on the Portstatic LP Summer of the Shark
. It also includes three re-working of older Portastatic songs, and one Ken Vandermark song.
The EP was recorded at Electrical Audio
in Chicago, Illinois while the band was in town for Noise Pop 2001.
