The track "The Only Way is Up" is a parody of the untitled track on "Pop Song", the first Drugs single. "Phone Call" is a recording of a Drug accessing his voicemail and finging a message saying "Your band, the Drugs, sucks. I hate it.".

The Enhanced CD section contains the music video for "Pop Song", Ian Baddley's Guide to Becoming a Punk Rocker and a remix of track 1, called the "Melting Tape in a Car Stereo" mix.
