They all get locked in the mall and decide to spend the night in a department store, where various antics ensue. When security guards arrive, they successfully flee and go to a local diner. The episode ends with Alex sleeping on the couch by herself, Julie thinking about the tape, and Ryan, Marissa, Seth, and Summer talking and laughing in the diner. As Seth puts it at the end of the episode, "the fantastic four is becoming fantastic again."
