The EP
's first five tracks, recorded in two sessions in producer Bob Jones' bedroom and singer Kenny Vasoli
's basement, were initially planned to be released on August 12, 2003. However, the release date was postponed and Vasoli recorded a sixth song in the back of their bus while on tour. A DVD with the same name, featuring an acoustic set performed live at Skate & Surf 2003 in Asbury Park, New Jersey
was released simultaneously.
