Criticism

For the 2011 Bet Tzedek Justice Ball, Human Rights Alert issued a video presentation, documenting racketeering in the Los Angeles Courts by current and former leaders of Bet Tzedek. The content and the evidence were repeatedly forwarded to Anti Defamation League (ADL) National Director Abraham Foxman with request for his comments. ADL refused to respond.

The video presented evidence that Bet Tzedek's President Sandor Samuels, former Chief Legal Officer of Countrywide and former Associate General Counsel of Bank of America, is one of the central figures in financial institution and foreclosure fraud, perpetrated on many thousands of Americans from coast to coast.
