. Using an Auto-Poofer given to him by Cosmo & Wanda, he goes back to his own room. He wishes he was in the greatest lab in the Universe. Timmy, now bulgy, arrives in Retroville in Jimmy Neutron's lab. Jimmy is currently updating Goddard when Timmy drops in and starts to mess with his inventions. Jimmy accidentally uses Timmy's Auto-Poofer, causing him to disappear to Dimmsdale. Seeing Goddard, Timmy mistakes him for a game console, where Timmy puts in a video game he was carrying which causes Goddard to transform into the violent Decimator.

Just then, Carl and Sheen drop by and mistake Timmy for Jimmy due to Sheen believing Jimmy has shrunk his own head. After playing with some of the experiments, Timmy bumps into Cindy who falls in love with Timmy, believing him to be more handsome and smarter than Jimmy.

In Dimmsdale, Jimmy, who has now lost depth, finds himself in Timmy's room and meets Cosmo and Wanda, who he believes to be holographic computer fairies. However, Mr. Turner, Vicky, and several kids in Timmy's school believe Jimmy to be Timmy using a costume to make up for not doing his science project. Jimmy inadvertently uses the Auto-Poofer in front of Mr. Crocker who realizes that he has found a way to get into Fairy World. Jimmy ends up back in Timmy's room and after finding it only teleports him there, combines it with Timmy's handheld video game so he can teleport anywhere. After tracking Jimmy to Timmy's home, Mr. Crocker steals Jimmy's device that would get him to Retroville, and teleports him, Jimmy, Cosmo and Wanda to Fairy World. Back in Retroville, Timmy and Cindy enjoy hanging out with each other, but Goddard appears, now taking on the form of the Decimator. After Timmy blows it off at first, Libby, Carl and Sheen try to stop the giant robot

from destroying the town, but fail. Timmy realises what he has done, but before he can escape, he is eaten by the Decimator. With time running out for Timmy, with Cindy's help, manages to shut down Goddard, and restore him to normal.

In Fairy World, Jimmy comes in contact with Timmy, who is alarmed to find out that Mr. Crocker is in Fairy World. Jimmy does not listen to Timmy's plan to get Crocker out of Fairy World and refuses to help him. Crocker then discovers that if he stole magical equipment and knocked down the Big Wand, the fairies would surrender to him. Crocker steals a suit of magical equipment and knocks down the Big Wand, making all of the fairies, including Cosmo, Wanda and Jorgen Von Strangle powerless. Jimmy then gets ready to leave after stealing the Auto-Poofer from Crocker. After talking with Timmy, who convinces Jimmy that Cosmo and Wanda are as real to Timmy as Goddard is to him, Jimmy makes his Brain Blast and has plan to stop Crocker. Using a robotic decoy in suit to distract Crocker, Jimmy repairs the Big Wand so that the fairies' magic works again and Crocker would be defeated. Jimmy, using Jorgen's wand, makes Crocker's suit vulnerable to magic and turns Crocker into various scientific equipment, before making him powerless again. Crocker is attacked by Jorgen, who makes Crocker lose all memory of Fairy World. Timmy wishes that Jimmy and himself could get back into their own hometowns. The two shake hands in the area between both of their worlds, where Timmy admits he's not really smart.

Back in Dimmsdale, Principal Waxelplax reveals that she would be judging the science fair instead of Crocker. Cosmo and Wanda note what a good day they've had, before Timmy reminds them that he still hasn't finished his science

The Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 2: When Nerds Collide

In the Fairy World Prison, Anti-Cosmo attempts to bust his fellow Anti-Fairies out of prison, but Jorgen von Strangle has tightened security so that no one in that universe could have access to the prison...which gives Anti-Cosmo the idea of traveling to another universe to find someone. Meanwhile, in both their dimensions, Timmy and Jimmy are preparing for their own Friday the 13th dance parties, and they both want Cindy to be their "date". Timmy travels back to Retroville to ask Cindy, right before Jimmy crashes into her room at the same time. The two suddenly begin to duel over who is the real genius (Jimmy had already established in the previous movie that Timmy was not a genius, and tries to prove this to his friends). Professor Calamitous is also watching the two battle in the skies from his mountain laboratory, and notices Timmy easily beating Timmy with the help of his Fairy Godparents, Cosmo and Wanda. Calamitous now wants Cosmo and Wanda to further enhance his latest evil plan.

Timmy takes Cindy back to Dimmsdale with him, using wishes to fulfill each of Cindy's desires (which he learned by secretly reading her diary). Jimmy, along with the rest of his friends, follow them to Dimmsdale. Calamitous attempts to jump in with them, but notices Jimmy's lab is wide open and decides to go inside. He uses the hypercube to get to Dimmsdale. Jimmy ends up being mistaken for Timmy again, and ends up doing his chores while the real Timmy keeps trying to ask Cindy to be his date, only to be interrupted by Carl, Sheen, and Libby. He wishes that Cosmo and Wanda would give them whatever they wished to keep them out of his way while he asks Cindy out. Calamitous and Anti-Cosmo meet up and, realizing they're both from separate dimensions, team up to bust the Anti-Fairies out from prison, which is when they head towards Dimmsdale. Anti-Cosmo double crosses Calamitous by locking him in the same cell as Jorgen, but when he leaves, the two easily escape since the key was left in the lock.

Jimmy interrupts Cindy and Timmy once again (while Cindy is obviously happy Jimmy made it), but then the three notice the anti-fairies swarming around the world, fulfilling their plan to cause bad luck every day by making the Earth still, making every day Friday the 13th. Both Timmy and Jimmy put their differences aside and defeat the anti-fairies together, with the use of his hypercube (which Calamitous evidently dropped) and a fairy net (from Crocker's lab). Timmy then find AJ's gene-splicer and accidentally shoots both Jorgen Von Strangle and Professor Calamatus, merging them together and Calamatus trying to control Jorgen's magic for evil. Calamitous uses Jorgen's body to capture Cindy and return to Retroville. Jimmy, Timmy and their friends go back to Dimmsdale and see that Calamitous had built a giant "big bad bomb", which will allow Calamitous to recreate the world in his own vision. Attempting to force Jorgen to break the rules, Calamitous turn Cindy into a goldfish right as Jimmy and Timmy make it to the top of the bomb. Timmy realizes the only way for Jorgen to regain control of his body is if everyone breaks enough of "Da Rules". Cosmo and Wanda allow them to do various things against Da Rules, but ultimately, it's when Jimmy uses a wish to "kill" Timmy that Jorgen regains the strength to resist Calamitous's will and overcome him, and even stop the bomb from causing damage right after it explodes (because Timmy forgot to turn it off). Jimmy and Timmy reach a compromise...they both take her, having a cross-dimensional Friday the 13th Dance, but still argue over whose turn it is to dance with her.

The Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 3: The Jerkinators

When Cindy is out of town, Jimmy and Timmy decide to become best friends and ditch their friends. After defeating Jimmy's enemy and they beat the evil Crimson Chin, they believe they can make a great team so they create the greatest evil villain, named Shirley, but he doesn't turn out evil, just clueless and stupid. As Jimmy and Timmy try to find ways to make him 'The greatest villain of all time,' they become more and more annoyed until finally they abandon him at a mall (after which Cosmo points out "I can't believe it rained, snowed, the sun set, moon rose, and the sun rose again in around five minutes," referring to a short scene of Shirley standing outside the mall.) At this point, Shirley realizes he has been abandoned and turns evil. He chases after Timmy and Jimmy, who fire lasers at Shirley, and then find out instead of Timmy typing in 'Adoptable' like Wanda had suggested, they had typed in 'Adaptable,' as Shirley deflected their attacks with 'Anti-laser bracelets.' After the fighting gets out of hand, and Jimmy and Timmy become bored with the evil Shirley, they hit his button to self-destruct Shirley. Realizing he's about to be destroyed, Shirley reaches inside of his robotic body and tears out a small bomb, which he hurls into the air seconds before it explodes. Angered even more by this, Shirley steals one of Jimmy's inventions in from his universe, and opens up a new, totally blank universe between the two, and becomes Shirley close to an all-powerful god in the new universe. Shirley starts to take things from both Timmy's universe and Jimmy's universe, which causes holes to open into a void. As the holes begin to spread, residents from both universes are kidnapped into the new universe (which is in 2D), populated by stuff stolen from the other two universes. Becoming unhappy at the prospect of living in a bland world, Shirley tries to help them, but Timmy and Jimmy pair back up with their friends, who take advantage of Shirley's low intelligence to make him give up his adaptable powers, his weapons, etc. Shirley then becomes crushed by a ruined car, and realized this isn't how he wanted things to be, and returns the stolen objects and people to their respective universes, and becomes the owner of a restaurant at the end of the movie.
