. However, the status of the album and the release date are unknown, as it has been pushed back for over 2 years. Recording for the album began in 2008, though was abandoned and halted while the band was touring and taking a break, with the remainder of the album being recorded in May 2010 with producer Bob Hoag at the Flying Blanket Studio in Mesa, Arizona

 was released by the band. It contained two new songs, set to appear on the album: the album's title track "Graveyard of the Atlantic" and "All Souls' Day". It was released through the band's new label Paper + Plastick

In March 2010, Kris Roe mentioned that "Fast Times at Dropout High" would be re-recorded for the new album, as well as a Gasoline Heart cover.
In May 2011, Kris Roe has announced that he is finishing up a total of 18 songs, putting 10-13 on the actual album. The b-sides will be released on a variety of 7" vinyls.
The album has been delayed for over two years, Roe originally said it would come out in Summer 2009.
