runs east-west through The Flats to intersect with CT-63 and CT-69. The planned over 55 community of Woodbridge Village will be located on Bradley Road which runs between Amity Road and Litchfield Turnpike. Construction of 245 Amity Road Plaza was a first step in the redevelopment of the area.

In the 1950-60 era, there were two restaurants located in the flats area. They were on either side of The Merritt Pkwy on Whalley Ave. One was the Three Judges (named after the 3 judges who hid from the English in a stone cave on West Rock). The other was D'Andrea's.
