The "club", which is really a condominium complex, is 43-stories high at 411 feet (125 meters) skyscraper tower, making the club 43 stories in total. The address is 1200 Brickell Bay Drive. Built in 2004, it is part of the recent development boom in the Miami area. The building received media attention in 2007 after the housing market collapsed for having nearly 70% of its condo sales suspicious of mortgage fraud. The building has easy access to the Miami Metrorail
