Location

The school is on the London Road estate in the southwest of the city. Together with Beauherne Primary School, it forms The Canterbury Campus.

The Canterbury Adult Education Centre is now on the same site.

Performance

In each year between 2003-6 the school was in the top 2% of all schools in England and Wales as measured by Contextualised Value Added. In 2007, 72% of GCSE students received at least 5 A*-C grades, compared to 29% in 2002.
